Where to start.....
So its almost the end of February in two thousand and fourteen, where has the start of this year gone?
I have been very busy lately and was prompted by my best friend to maybe start blogging again, last time I did this was back when I did a 30day Bikram Yoga challenge and wow alot has happened since then.
First major event in my life I should tell you about is that I AM NOW AN ACROYOGA TEACHER. For anyone who knows me they would know this is a huge deal for me. I never thought I would become a teacher of something I actually love.
My teacher training was in late January for 2.5weeks in Otford (Govinda Valley Yoga Retreat), an hour south of Sydney. It was the most amazing thing I have done for myself. I was vegetarian for the entire time, we did yoga every morning before breakfast, we were in silence between 11pm - 8am, we chanted, we had unlimited chai tea, we were put outside of out comfort zones and we had alot of fun with it all.
Since returning back from AYTT I have had a teaching gig each week - 1 was with Casey (who was at TT with me this year and lives on the Gold Coast), 2 other weeks have been for the Ashy Bines Springwood group and tonight I am co-teaching with my teacher Tanya at Lululemon James Street.
There was so much that I learnt from TT, about myself and others. I dont know where to start in telling you all the things but I can tell you that it is definitely something .... Let's fast forward to 19/01/15, I have come back to re-visit my blog and j see this wasn't posted. I'm going to post this and start a new blog :) adios readers
